【摘要】 介绍了莫代尔/棉混纺织物长车生产工艺,包括低碱冷轧堆、短蒸、冷轧堆染色和后整理。前处理采用酶退浆后烧毛,低碱(10~12 g/L烧碱)冷轧堆和100~102℃短蒸(2 min)工艺;冷轧堆染色,可提高莫代尔纤维与棉纤维的同色性;后整理选用氨基硅柔软剂和聚氨酯整理剂,在赋予织物优良手感的同时,提高织物的抗起毛起球性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The continuous production process for Modal/cotton blends is introduced, including low alkali cold pad batching, short steaming, cold pad-batch dyeing and finishing. The pretreatment is carried out with enzyme desizing, singeing, low alkali cold batching with 10 ~ 12 g/L caustic soda and short steaming at 100~102 ℃ for 2 min; cold pad-batch dyeing is selected to improve the homochromatism of Modal fiber and cotton fiber; the after finishing with amino silicone softener and polyurethane finishing agent can impart the fabric excellent handle and improved anti-pilling performance.更多还原
