【Abstract】 The essential aim of process quantitative controlling in exhaust dyeing is to set the dyeing rate at the default values by controlling related process parameters under online monitoring of dye concentration. According to the designed isokinetic exhaustion curves, non-linear salt adding procedure in cotton dyeing with reactive dyes is carried out. The method to control dyeing rate is studied and the expected dyeing rate is obtained.更多还原
