【摘要】 介绍了冷转移印花的机理、工艺技术与设备现状,以及研究进展,分析了冷转移工艺控制要点,包括织物的预处理、轧余率的控制、转移基材的涂层、墨水黏度的选择、转印纸的印刷、以及花型图案的转印和固色等。针对转印纸消耗量大,无法回收重复利用、印制深浓色花型困难等问题,提出了解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mechanism, processing technology and equipment of cold transfer printing, as well as its research progress are introduced. The key points are analyzed, including fabric pretreatment, pick- up control, coating of transfer substrate, ink viscosity, printing of transfer paper, as well as transfer printing and fixation. In view of large consumption of transfer paper,and difficulty in deep printing, appropriate solutions are proposed.更多还原
