【摘要】 目的探讨miR-200a在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与结直肠癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法收集结直肠癌患者手术标本70例,距癌灶边缘5 cm以上切缘的正常黏膜作为对照。运用原位分子杂交技术检测结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织中miR-200a的表达水平,分析其与结直肠癌临床病理参数的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中miR-200a的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常黏膜(P<0.01)。miR-200a表达与肿瘤分化程度呈正相关性(r=0.320,P<0.01),在低分化结直肠癌中的表达低于高中分化结直肠癌的表达(P<0.01)。但与患者年龄、性别、肿块大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期等无显著相关性。结论 miR-200a在结直肠癌组织中表达上调,并与肿瘤分化程度相关,提示miR-200a可能在结直肠癌的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of miR-200 a in colorectal carcinoma( CRC) and its relationship with clinicopathologic features. Methods In situ hybridization for miR-200 a was performed in 70 colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissues 5 cm distant from tumors. Analyzed its relationship with clinicopathologic parameters of CRC. Results The positive expression rate of the miR-200 a in CRC was higher than those in normal colorectal mucosa( P < 0. 01). The expression of miR-200 a was positively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation( r = 0. 320,P < 0. 01); it was lower in the poorly differentiated CRC than the highly and moderately differentiated CRC,but showing no correlation with age,sex,tumor size,depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Conclusion The expression of miR-200 a is up-regulated in CRC,and miR-200 a may play an important role in the occurrence and development of CRC.更多还原
