四川省乐山市强戒所吸毒人员收戒情况季节性分析
Characteristics of Admitting Time in Compulsory Detoxification Center in Leshan City,1998- 2004
【摘要】 目的探讨乐山市强制戒毒所(强戒所)1998-2003年吸毒者收戒规律和主要影响因素,为利用强戒所资料进行吸毒人群基数估计提供依据。方法利用乐山市强戒所1997-2004年间收戒资料,采用圆分析法对1998-2003年吸毒者收戒时间分布进行了分析;定性访谈了解当地吸毒人群流动情况。结果除2001年外,其余各年均有收戒高峰月份,且集中的月份总体分布不同(Watson-William检验,F=408.996 5,P<0.01),分别为5.53月(1998年)、1.47月(1999年)、3.98月(2000年)、8.49月(2002年)和3.16月(2003年),但总体表现出向"春节"和"6.26"国际禁毒日集中的特点。当地以海洛因吸毒为主,且流动性较小。结论乐山市强戒所对吸毒者的收戒受政策、节假日因素影响较大,提示利用强戒所资料进行吸毒人群基数(规模)估计时应注意进行适当调整,同时考虑样本对总体的代表性和流动性的影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore seasonal factors of admitting drug users in Leshan’ s compulsory detoxification settings from 1998 to 2003,thus to provide a scientific evidence for estimating the population of drug users. Methods The data of compulsory detoxification from 1997 to 2003 was collected and circular distribution was used to evaluate admission time distribution of drug users; the floating status of local drug users was acquainted by qualitative interview. Results Except the year of 2001,there were significant differences in admission time distribution of drug users among years by Watson- William test( F = 408. 9965,P < 0. 01),and the peak months were 5. 53month( 1998), 1. 47month( 1999),3. 98month( 2000),8. 49month( 2002) and 3. 16month( 2003),respectively; nevertheless,more concentrated on Spring Festival and International Day against Drug Abuse as a whole. The local drug users remained heroin- oriented with lower floating level. Conclusion Admission time distribution of drug users is greatly impacted by holidays and festivals,and national and local policies as well in Leshan’ s compulsory detoxification settings,which imply that the estimation of the population size of drug users depended on data of compulsory detoxification settings should appropriately be adjusted. Meanwhile,the representation of sampling and the nature of floating of drug users should be considered in further researches.
