PNF拉伸对机体局部大负荷运动后快速恢复的效果
PNF Stretching after Intensive Training is Beneficial for Rapid Recovery of Muscle Power and Proprioception
【摘要】 目的:观察本体感觉神经肌肉促进法(PNF)拉伸后的即刻恢复效果,为肌肉疲劳后的快速恢复和运动损伤的预防提供依据。方法:16名在校健康男性大学生随机分为2组,在对股四头肌进行离心-向心收缩大负荷运动后,分别采取PNF拉伸和自然休息法消除局部肌肉疲劳,分别于运动前、运动后即刻、运动后1小时测试血乳酸、肌肉酸痛度、股四头肌最大等长肌力、关节主动位置觉、关节被动位置觉、肢体下落时关节反应角度、肌肉力觉等指标的变化。对所得数据进行重复测试方差分析。结果:快速恢复后,除主动位置觉外,PNF拉伸组的血乳酸浓度、肌肉酸痛程度、股四头肌最大等长肌力、膝关节被动位置觉、肢体下落时关节反应角度及肌肉力觉与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:大负荷运动后进行PNF拉伸能快速促进肌肉力量和本体感觉相关功能的恢复,加速肌肉疲劳的消除,预防运动损伤。
【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of the study was to observe the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)stretching after intensive training on the recovery of muscle fatigue and prevention of sports trauma. Methods 16 healthy male undergraduate students completed an isokinetic concentric and eccentric exercise,thereafter were respectively randomly divided into PNF stretching group and resting group. The PNF stretching group received PNF stretching and resting group stayed quietly after the exercise. Their blood lactate(BL),VAS of muscle soreness,maximum voluntary isometric contraction(MVIC),active joint position sense(AJPS),passive joint position sense(PJPS),joint reaction angle to release(JRAR)and muscle force sense(MFS)of quadriceps were examined before,immediately,and 1 hour after the exercise. Repeated measures analysis was employed. Results There were significant differences in BL,VAS of muscle soreness,MVIC,PJPS,and MFS between the two groups(P <0.05 to P <0.01),except the AJPS. Conclusions PNF stretching after heavy load exercise conduces to rapid recovery of muscle power and proprioception,and thus is beneficial for eliminating muscle fatigue and further preventing sports injury.
