【摘要】 在建立了移动数据业务评价指标体系的基础上,引入熵权法和灰色关联分析相结合的综合评价模型。熵权法是一种客观赋权方法,相对那些主观赋值法,精度更高。而灰色关联分析法对定性信息进行量化处理,减少了主观因素的影响。二者相结合充分利用了各指标的所有信息,提高了评价结论的准确性,最后通过实例验证了该模型的有效性和适用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the establishment of mobile data service evaluation system, a comprehensive evaluation model combined entropy weight with grey relational analysis is introduced. Entropy weight is a kind of objective weighting method, which has higher accuracy compared with those of subjective evaluation. Grey relational analysis can be applied to quantify qualitative information to reduce the influence of subjective factors. The combination of both methods fully utilizes the information of each indicator to improve the accuracy of evaluation conclusions. Finally, the effectiveness and the applicability of the model are validated through practical case.更多还原
