文冠果种子萌发过程中主要内含物的转化及相关酶活性变化

【摘要】 以文冠果种子为试验材料,通过测定种子高温催芽过程中内含物质的转化及相关酶活性变化,研究文冠果种子高温催芽过程中生理生化指标的变化规律。结果表明,高温催芽过程中,种仁内含物的转化趋势是大分子物质逐渐水解,但小分子物质并非大量积累,而呈前期增加后期减少的态势;子叶内主要是淀粉的水解而非糖的转化,而幼根内糖类物质的变化主要是可溶性糖的相互转化;子叶脂肪的水解和幼根新脂肪的合成以及氮类物质是胚根向幼根转化的物质基础。此外,子叶与幼根内含物的转化与其相关酶活性变化一致。

【Abstract】 The seeds of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge as experimental material,the changing role of the physiological and biochemical bases of seeds morphogenesis of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge was studied by measuring the transformation of internal substances and the change of enzyme activity during high temperature seed sprouting.The results showed that the transformation trend of internal substances was that macromolecular substances were gradually hydrolyzed but small molecules were not largely accumulated with increase at early stage and reduction at late stage.The hydrolyzation in cotyledons were majorly concerned with starch but not sucrose transformation,whereas the change of saccharides in radicles was concerned with reciprocal transformation of water soluble sugars.The hydrolyzation of cotyledons fat and synthesis of new fat in radicles and nitrogen substances were the most important substance foundation of radicle transformation and germination and growth.Moreover,the transformation of inclusions in cotyledon and radicle was agreed with the change of related enzyme activities.
