干旱胁迫下不同烤烟品种抗氧化酶活性及叶绿素含量变化

【摘要】 为探究干旱胁迫机理,评价不同烤烟品种的抗旱性,以吉烟9号、9803和ZF213品种(品系)为试验材料,通过人工控水的方法对3个烤烟品种进行盆栽试验。结果表明:单株叶面积和干物质积累量随干旱程度的增大明显呈减小的趋势,干物质积累量与干旱程度成反比;叶绿素含量和光合速率均随着干旱胁迫强度的增加而降低;抗氧化酶活性随干旱胁迫时间的延长而降低,与干旱胁迫强度呈负相关;烤烟叶片的丙二醛含量随干旱胁迫时间的延长而增加,与干旱胁迫强度呈正相关。相同的干旱胁迫条件下,各烤烟品种对干旱的敏感程度和忍耐力都存在一定的差异,其中,吉烟9号抗旱性最强,其次9803品系,CF213品系抗旱性最差。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the mechanism of drought stress and evaluate drought resistance of different flue-cured tobacco varieties,Jiyan9,9803 and ZF213as materials,pot experiments with artificial water controlled method were conducted.The results showed that leaf area and dry matter accumulation for each plant decreased obviously with increase of drought extent and,dry matter accumulation was inversely proportional to degree of drought.Chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate reduced with increase of drought stress intensity.Antioxidant enzyme activity decreased with prolongation of drought stress time,and was negatively correlated to drought stress intensity.MDA content in flue-cured tobacco leaves increased with the extending of drought stress time,and was positively correlated to drought stress intensity.There were some differences in sensitiveness and endurance to drought among three flue-cured tobacco varieties under the same drought stress conditions,among these,Jiyan9 showed the strongest drought resistance,followed by 9803,CF213 revealed the worst drought resistance.
