综合果蝇杂交实验的构建与实践
Construction and Practice of Comprehensive Hybrid Experiment of Drosophila Melanogaster
【摘要】 以黑腹果蝇品系:短翅、焦刚毛、白眼、灰体果蝇和长翅、直刚毛、红眼、黑檀体果蝇为杂交实验亲本,通过实验设计,将遗传学实验中各个验证遗传规律的独立果蝇杂交实验合成一个综合果蝇杂交实验,并与转基因果蝇品系eyeless-GAL4和UAS-Rasv12的杂交实验以及分析遗传漂变条件相结合,变原验证型实验为设计型+验证型+探索型实验,有利于培养学生的分析能力、探究能力、创新能力、独立解决问题能力、应用知识能力。
【Abstract】 Using drosophila melanogaster as hybrid experiment parents,the independent hybridization of drosophila melanogaster of genetic experiments were transformed into a comprehensive hybridization experiment,and combined with transgenic fly lines( eyeless- GAL4),hybrid experiments of UAS- Ras v12 and the analysis of genetic drift conditions,the verification experiments were changed into design,verification and exploration experiments. Which can help to enhance students’ analysis ability, research ability, innovation ability,independent problem solving skills and knowledge application skills.
