【摘要】 目的研究卡培他滨和多西他赛相连合起来在共同治疗激素的抵抗性的晚期的前列腺癌症方面的临床效果。方法将2013年1月-2014年1月的15例来源于广东省海丰县彭湃纪念医院泌尿外科前列腺癌症的患者进行卡培他滨和多西他赛的联合治疗,记录并研究患者在化疗前后的有效性以及患者的疼痛的缓解情况和不良反应的发生情况。结果患者经过治疗后PSA效果有效8例(8/15,53.3%),效果稳定4例(4/15,26.7%),效果无效3例(3/15,20.0%),而患者在治疗前后的Kamofsky的评分,其中数据的比较有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前的总不良反应率为74%,治疗后为26%,数据的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡培他滨和多西他赛相连合起来的治疗方法对于治疗激素的抵抗性的晚期的前列腺癌症方面其疗效非常明显,同时,没有出现不好的毒副的反应,还可以让患者容易忍受。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To research the combine with the Capecitabine and Docetaxel,whose effect in treatment of Advanced prostate cancer.【Methods】15 cases advanced prostate cancers were used to the treatment of Capecitabineand Docetaxel,who were in Pengpai Memorial Hospital Department of Urology in Guangdong Province of 2013 January-2014 January. And recorded and studied of patients’ chemotherapy in the effectiveness of the treatment and the relief of patients’ pain and the case of adverse reactions.【Results】After the treatment,the effective of SPA were 8 cases(4/15, 26.7%), stable 4 cases(3/15, 20.0%),uneffective 3 cases(3/15, 20.0%).The grades of Karnofsky were 60 score,70 score,80 score and 90 score. And 2 cases, 5 cases, 6 cases, 2 cases in the pre-therapy; and 0 cases, 4 cases, 5 cases, 6 cases in the post-therapy.The main adverse drug reactions were leucopenia, thrombocytopenia etc.The comparison of data with statistical difference(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Capecitabine and Docetaxel are effecttive to advance the prostate cancer, at the same time, this way has no bad reaction and it also can let patients to bear.更多还原
