【摘要】 我国的甩挂运输试点企业已具备政策、货源、场站和车辆等发展甩挂运输的基础条件,但由于甩挂运输在我国刚起步,还存在空载严重、资金和运力不足等问题。甩挂运输企业要实现快速、健康发展,建议选择联盟式发展战略:企业与政府合作建立甩挂运输信息、交易平台;与同行企业进行多式联运、货源配载和车辆外包合作;与高校进行专业人才培养合作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many swap trailer transport pilot enterprises in China have the basic terms of developing swap trailer transport,such as policy support,enough goods,station and vehicles,but they have to face the problems of imbalance goods,shortage of capital and transport capacity. In order to promote the rapid and healthy development of swap trailer transport project,the swap trailer transport pilot enterprises should implement alliance strategy. It means they should cooperate with the government to establish transaction and information platform; cooperate with peer port enterprises for multimodal transport and vehicle outsourcing;cooperate with colleges to train the professional talent.更多还原
