【摘要】 目的探讨造口护肤粉联合湿润烧伤膏治疗小儿无肛肛门成形术、巨结肠根治术术后肛周皮炎的效果。方法选取60例行无肛肛门成形术、巨结肠根治术术后出现肛周皮炎的患儿随机分为两组各30例,实验组采用造口护肤粉联合湿润膏治疗,对照组仅用造口护肤粉治疗。观察并比较两组治疗第3天的效果及痊愈时间。结果治疗第3天时,实验组总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的53.3%(P<0.05)。实验组痊愈时间为(3.01±0.47)天,显著短于对照组的(5.33±0.83)天(P<0.05)。结论造口护肤粉联合湿润烧伤膏对小儿无肛肛门成形术、巨结肠根治术术后肛周皮炎具有显著的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of ostomy powder combined with moisture exposed burn ointment(MEBO) and ostomy only for the treatment of red buttocks after anoplasty and radical macrosigmoid operation in children. Methods 60 cases of red buttocks after anoplasty or radical macrosigmoid operation in children were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group(n = 30) was treated with ostomy powder combined with MEBO, whereas the control group(n = 30) was given ostomy powder only. The clinical effect on3 rdday of treatment and the recovery time was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group on the 3rdday of treatment was 96.7%, significantly higher than 53.3% of the control group(P <0.05). The recovery time of the experimental group was(3.01± 0.47) d, significantly shorter than(5.33 ± 0.83) d of the control group(P <0.05).
