【摘要】 目的了解及探讨精神分裂症患者照顾者负担的影响因素。方法对我院208例门诊精神分裂症患者的家属进行调查,采用照顾者负担量表(CBI)、药物态度清单(DAI)、简版症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评估。结果精神分裂症患者存在轻度焦虑、抑郁、精神病性症状,而大部分患者与照顾者同住,对照顾者时间依赖性负担、发展受限性负担、身体性负担、社交性负担、情感性负担产生一定的影响。结论精神分裂症患者及照顾者的人口学特征对照顾者负担都有影响,对照顾者情感受限性负担影响最大,应引起我们重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influential factors of the burden in schizophrenia patients’ caregivers. Methods The conditions of caregivers of 208 schizophrenic patients were investigated by caregiver burden inventory(CBI), drug altitude inventory(DAI) and symptom check list-90(SCL-90). Results Mild anxiety, depression and mental illness symptoms were found in schizophrenic patients. Most patients lived with caregivers, which had some effect on the caregivers’ time dependency burden, development limited burden, body burden and social burden and emotional burden. Conclusions The demographic characteristics of schizophrenic patients and caregivers have effect on burden in caregivers, and have the most serious effect on limited emotional burden of caregivers, which should arouse our attention.更多还原
