【Abstract】 This article mainly reviewed the basic characteristics of epidermal stem cells and their involvement in the regeneration of hair follicle, a kind of skin appendages. It demonstrated that in the process of hair follicle regeneration, epidermal stem cells subjected to the regulation of cytokine and signaling pathways in microenvironment. The current hair follicle tissue engineering research is still in infancy,and further functional skin repair still remains many problems to be resolved.更多还原
