【摘要】 目的分析彩色多普勒超声在健康人群乳腺癌筛查中的诊断价值。方法收集2013年6月至2015年1月于本院体检中心进行健康体检的102例女性作为研究资料,根据年龄的不同将所有女性分为4组,均采用常规外科触诊方法和彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)的诊断方法进行研究,观察记录所有检测对象的检出结果,并进行比较。结果采用彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺增生和乳腺结节总体检出率明显高于常规外科触诊诊断,两种检测方式对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于41~60岁年龄组,乳腺增生和乳腺结节的检出率高于外科触诊诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声在健康人群乳腺癌筛查中诊断效果良好,切实可行,适合临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) for breast cancer screening in healthy people. Methods 102 cases of female with physical examination in our hospital from June 2013 to January 2015 were selected and divided into 4 groups according to ages. All cases received the conventional surgical palpation and color Doppler flow imaging, and the diagnostic results of two methods were compared. Results The total diagnostic rates of mammary gland hyperplasia and breast nodules of color Doppler flow imaging were significantly higher than those of conventional surgical palpation(P <0.05). For 41 to 60 age group, the diagnostic rates of mammary gland hyperplasia and breast nodules of color Doppler flow imaging were significantly higher than those of conventional surgical palpation(P <0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler flow imaging has good diagnostic effect for breast cancer screening in healthy people, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
