【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜低位直肠癌保肛术的围术期护理方法。方法选取接受直肠癌保肛手术的患者50例为研究对象,观察分析围手术期患者的护理方法。结果干预后结肠癌患者肠道粪便中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌、粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌、拟杆菌、梭杆菌和梭菌数量较干预前明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。50例患者都具备很好的手术依从性,有4例患者出现了轻微的术前焦虑症;护理后,患者SDS评分、SAS评分、VAS评分明显低于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对低位直肠癌保肛术围手术期患者的合理有效护理,对患者的创伤性小,对身体的健康影响较小,可减轻患者痛苦,是术中、术后有效的护理方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the perioperative nursing methods of laparoscopic anus-saving operation in treatment of low rectal cancer. Methods 50 patients with low rectal cancer and treated with anus-saving operation were selected. The perioperative nursing methods were observed and analyzed. Results The bifidobacterium, lactobacillus, escherichia coli, enterococcus faecalis, enterococcus faecium,bacteroid, fusobacterium and clostridium of after intervention were significantly decreased compared with before intervention, with statistical difference(P <0.05). All of 50 cases had good compliance to the operation, and 4 cases presented slight preoperative anxiety; the scores of SDS, SAS and VAS after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing, the difference was statistical(P <0.05). Conclusions For patients with low rectal cancer anus-saving operation in perioperative period, rational and effective nursing have small trauma and less impact on health of body, and can relieve the pain of patients, which is an effective nursing method during and after operation.更多还原
