断路器合闸储能弹簧状态监测

【摘要】 为保证弹簧操动机构断路器安全可靠运行,设计了一种断路器合闸储能弹簧状态监测系统。使用压力传感器、加速度传感器、光电编码器、电流互感器对合闸储能弹簧的压力、合闸储能弹簧动作行程、断路器合闸行程和储能电机电流进行监测,利用MPS-140801采集卡对各个传感器的输出信号进行采集,使用LabVIEW对采集到的数据进行读取、处理、显示和存储。在LW25-126瓷柱式六氟化硫断路器上进行了试验验证,结果表明该监测系统能够准确测量反应断路器合闸储能弹簧性能的状态参数。

【Abstract】 In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the spring circuit breaker’s operation,a state-monitoring system for circuit breaker’s energy-storing closing spring was proposed. The system used pressure sensor,acceleration sensor,photoelectric encoder and current transformer to monitor pressure of energy-storing closing spring,stroke of energy-storing closing spring,closing stroke of circuit breaker and current of energy-storing machine. The signals of those sensors were acquired by MPS-140801 data collection card. LabVIEW was used to read,process,display and store the data. The experiment on LW25-126 porcelain column SF6 circuit breaker shows that the system has the ability of monitoring state-parameters correctly,which reflects the state of circuit breaker’s energy-storing closing spring.
