基于AD8302的阻抗测量系统设计
Design of Impedance Measurement System Based on AD8302
【摘要】 为了满足宽频、宽量程阻抗测量需求,设计了一种激励源灵活可调的复阻抗测量系统。该系统采用DDS技术提供宽频激励,通过可控参考阻抗电路和AD8302实现阻抗信息提取,提出了一种模拟移相的方法来鉴别相位极性。数据采集和整个系统控制由STM32控制器完成。结果表明:测量系统可在100 Hz~10 MHz工作正常,在宽阻抗范围内具有较高精度。
【Abstract】 A complex impedance measurement system with flexible excitation source was designed to meet the demand of wide measurement range. It utilized DDS technology as broadband excitation source and extracted impedance information using controllable reference resistor circuit and AD8302. A phase shift circuit was presented to identify the phase polarity. Data acquisition and system management task was accomplished by STM32 controller. The results show that this system works properly from 100 Hz to 10 MHz and has high accuracy in a wide range of impedance value.
