【摘要】 目的探讨老年人的生存质量状况、社会支持状况及社会支持与生存质量之间的关系,为制定相关政策和干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和一般情况调查问卷,对陕北地区717名老年人进行入户调查。结果陕北地区老年人生存质量状况良好(生理领域:63.82±12.64;心理领域:64.74±11.83;社会关系领域:67.17±11.77;环境领域:63.80±10.93);陕北地区城乡老年人社会支持状况良好,处于中等以上水平的人数占到95%以上(686/717);社会支持及各维度得分与生存质量各领域得分之间呈正相关,其中主观支持可以预测生存质量各领域,客观支持除社会关系领域不能预测外,其余三个领域都可以预测。结论全社会应积极关注老年人群,改善和加强社会支持网络体系,提高老年人的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the life quality and social support status of the elderly and the correlation between them and to formulate related policies and provide scientific evidence for intervention measures. Methods By multistage stratified cluster sampling,717 elderly people over 60 in northern Shaanxi were investigated by the quality of life( WHOQOL- BREF),social support rating scale and the questionnaire of general condition. Results The quality of life of the elderly in the northern of Shaanxi is well( physiological field: 63. 82 ± 12. 64; the field of psychology: 64. 74 ± 11. 83; social relations: 67. 17 ± 11. 77; environmental field: 63. 80 ± 10. 93); the status of social support was fine in northern Shaanxi,and more than 95% were in the medium level; Among them,subjective support can predict survival quality in all areas,and objective support can predict the rest of the three areas in addition to the social relations. Conclusion The whole society should pay close attention to the elderly population,to improve and strengthen the social support network system,and improve the quality of life of the elderly.更多还原
