【摘要】 目的探讨舒适护理模式在急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2013-01~2013-12月期间高州市中医院收治的80例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将其分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上开展舒适护理模式,对比两组患者护理后的抑郁及日常生活能力变化情况。结果护理前,两组的抑郁状态评分、自评抑郁量表评分及Barthel评分之间无明显差异,不具有统计学意义,P>0.05;护理后,观察组的抑郁状态评分、自评抑郁量表评分明显低于对照组,Barthel评分明显高于对照组,均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复期护理中开展舒适护理模式可以有效改善患者的抑郁程度,提高日常生活能力与生活质量,有助于加快患者的康复速度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing model in patients with acute ischemic stroke in rehabilitation nursing. Methods 80 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients in our hospital during 2013 January to 2013 December were selected as the research object of observation group,in accordance with the order of admission will be divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group,the control to the given conventional nursing,the observation group on the basis of routine nursing development of comfortable nursing mode,compared two groups of patients with depression after care and the ability of daily life( using the Barthel index) changes. Results The nursing before,depression,two groups of scores of self- rating Depression Scale scores between the score of Barthel and no obvious difference,was not statistically significant,P > 0. 05; nursing,the observation group of depression scores,self- rating Depression Scale score was significantly lower than that of the control group,Barthel score was significantly higher than that in the control group,were with statistical significance,P < 0. 05. Conclusion The development of comfortable nursing mode can effectively improve the level of depression in patients with acute ischemic stroke patients with convalescent care,improve the ability of daily living and quality of life,and help to accelerate rehabilitation speed.更多还原
