【摘要】 目的提高盆炎清栓的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对盆炎清栓中毛冬青提取物进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对盆炎清栓中吲哚美辛进行定量测定。结果 TLC鉴别特征明显;吲哚美辛在0.103~2.055μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.52%,RSD为2.1%(n=6)。结论提高后的质量标准更简便、快捷、准确,能很好地用于盆炎清栓的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To improve the quality standard for Penyanqing suppository. METHODS Ilex pubescens extract in Penyanqing suppository was identified by TLC,and indometacin was quantitatively determined by HPLC. RESULTS The quality control study showed that the characteristic for the identification by TLC was distinct. The linear range of indometacin was at 0. 103-2.055 μg( r = 0. 999 9),the average recovery was 100. 52% with RSD of 2. 1%( n = 6). CONCLUSION The improved quality standard is simple,rapid and accurate compared to the original standard,and it could be better for quality control of Penyanqing suppository.更多还原
