【摘要】 目的评价骨质疏松性骨折患者加服仙灵骨葆胶囊对骨折恢复的影响。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库(检索时间从建库至2015年4月),纳入比较骨质疏松性骨折患者加服仙灵骨葆胶囊对骨折恢复情况的随机对照试验,采用Rev Man5.1软件对最终纳入文献的研究结果进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6项随机对照试验,合计430例患者。Meta分析结果显示:骨质疏松性骨折患者常规治疗过程中加服仙灵骨葆胶囊可明显提高患者治疗后的临床显效率[RR=3.31,95%CI(2.04,5.36),P<0.01]和临床总有效率[RR=3.51,95%CI(1.00,12.28),P=0.05]。此外,服用仙灵骨葆胶囊患者胃肠道不良反应发生率明显低于对照组[RR=0.25,95%CI(0.10,0.61),P<0.01]。结论骨质疏松性骨折患者加服仙灵骨葆胶囊,有利于患者骨折的恢复,减少胃肠道不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of Xianlinggubao capsule in patients of osteoporotic fractures. METHODS The randomized controlled trials( RCTs) about Xianlinggubao capsule in patients of osteoporotic fractures were collected from CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP and CBM. The quality of the trials was evaluated and selected,and the results of the studies were reviewed and analyzed using Rev Man 5.1 software. RESULTS Six RCTs including 430 recipients were included. The meta-analysis results were as follows: compared with the control group,the significant efficiency of observation group were significant increased [RR = 3.31,95% CI( 2.04,5.36),P<0.01],and the total clinical efficiency were also significant increased [RR = 3.51,95% CI( 1.00,12.28),P =0. 05]. Moreover,Xianlinggubao capsule shows significantly lower incidence of adverse reaction in gastrointestinal tract than that of the control group. CONCLUSION The patients of osteoporotic fractures can benefit from the administration of Xianlinggubao capsule.更多还原
