【摘要】 目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素联合金天格治疗痛性骨质疏松的临床效果及安全性。方法将本院痛性骨质疏松患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予鲑鱼降钙素联合金天格治疗,评估2组临床效果及药物安全性。结果观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,治疗后观察组骨密度明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(L2-4 P<0.01,股骨颈、Ward三角、大转子P<0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素联合金天格治疗痛性骨质疏松的临床效果明确,安全性高,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect and security of Salmon calcitonin combined with Jintiange capsules in treatment of pain caused by osteoporosis. METHODS Sixty case of pain caused by osteoporosis patients who from the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated by conventional treatment and patients in the observation group were treated with Salmon calcitonin combined with Jintiange capsules. The clinical effect and security of2 groups were assessed. RESULTS The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group( P<0.05). After follow-up for 3 month,BMD data of patients in the observation group was increased more than that of patients in the control group( L2-4 P<0.01,femoral neck,wards triangle,trochanter P<0.05). CONCLUSION Salmon calcitonin combined with Jintiange capsules in treatment of pain caused by osteoporosis that have obvious clinical effect and high security,and it is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
