【摘要】 目的:研究周围型肺错构瘤的的CT特征表现,以及提高正确诊断率,方法:回顾性分析12例有病理证实的肺错构瘤CT特征性表现。结果:在12例中,7例位于右肺,5例位于左肺,病灶直径大小从11mm至41mm,3例可见钙化灶,4例可见脂肪成分,2例病灶中同时可见钙化及脂肪7例呈较均匀软组织密度,8例呈边缘光滑孤立结节,4例呈浅分叶或不规则形,10例轻至中度强化,2例明显强化,结论:周围型肺错构瘤有一定特征,其内可见钙化,边缘光整,病灶内脂肪密度有助于正确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the CT features of peripheral pulmonary hamartoma, and improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods: CT findings of 12 cases with peripheral pulmonary hamartomaswith pathologically proved were analyzed retrospectively.Results : In the 12 cases, 7cases were located in right lung and 5 cases in left. The sizes of the lesions were from 11~41mm. of them, calcification was seen in 3 cases,fatty density in 4 cases,both calcification and fatty density in 2 cases, homogenous soft tissue density in 7cases.smooth solitary nodules were found in 8 cases and shallow lobulated or irregular shape in 4 cases.10 cases in enhanced CT showed slight-moderate inhancement,and 2 cases showed evident inhancement. conclusion: Certain specific CT features of pulmonary hamartoma include clear-cut margin and calcification,fat inside is very useful for correct diagnosis of pulmonary hamartoma.更多还原
