楷木提取物对小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用

【摘要】 目的 研究楷木提取物对小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用。方法 将S180肉瘤小鼠随机分组,每组12只。阴性对照组给予0.5 ml蒸馏水;阳性药物组给予环磷酰胺20 g·kg-1·d-1;实验组给予楷木提取物(200 mg·ml-1)、楷木提取物与姜辣素组合物(组合物,楷木提取物与姜辣素1∶1, 200 mg·ml-1),每鼠灌胃0.5 ml。连续给药10天,计算肿瘤抑制率。将H22肝癌小鼠随机分组,每组12只。阴性对照组给予0.5 ml蒸馏水;阳性药物组给予环磷酰胺20 g·kg-1·d-1;实验组给予楷木提取物(200 mg·ml-1)、组合物(200 mg·ml-1),每鼠灌胃0.5 ml。连续给药10天,计算肿瘤抑制率。将EAC实体瘤小鼠随机分组,每组12只。阴性对照组给予0.5 ml蒸馏水;阳性药物组给予环磷酰胺20 g·kg-1·d-1;实验组给予楷木提取物(200 mg·ml-1)、组合物(200 mg·ml-1),每鼠灌胃0.5 ml。连续给药10天,计算肿瘤抑制率。结果 楷木提取物及组合物对小鼠S180肉瘤、H22肝癌、EAC实体瘤有不同程度的抑制作用,与阴性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 楷木提取物可抑制小鼠S180肉瘤、H22肝癌及EAC实体瘤,为肿瘤的治疗提供了一条新的途径。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Pistacia chinensis Bunge extract on the tumor in mice. Methods Mice subcutaneously inoculated with the cell suspension of S180 sarcoma were randomly divided into the following groups(n=12): a control group administrated with 0.5 ml of distilled water, a positive treatment group given 20 g·kg-1·d-1 cyclophosphamide, an experimental group treated with 200 mg/ml Pistacia chinensis Bunge extract, and a combined treatment group given 200 mg/ml of the mixture of Pistacia chinensis Bunge extract and gingerol(1∶1). Each mouse was given 0.5 ml each time for ten consecutive days. Then, the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. 2) Mice subcutaneously inoculated with H22 hepatic tumor cells were randomly divided into the following groups(n=12): a control group administrated with 0.5 ml of distilled water, a positive treatment group given 20 g·kg-1·d-1 cyclophosphamide, an experimental group treated with 200 mg/ml Pistacia chinensis Bunge extract, and a combined treatment group given 200 mg/ml of the mixture of Pistacia chinensis Bunge extract and gingerol(1∶1). Each mouse was given 0.5 ml each time for ten consecutive days. Then, the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. 3) Mice subcutaneously inoculated with the cell suspension of EAC tumor were randomly divided into the following groups(n=12): a control group administrated with 0.5 ml of distilled water, a positive treatment group given 20 g·kg-1·d-1 cyclophosphamide, an experimental group treated with 200 mg/ml Pistacia chinensis Bunge extract, and a combined treatment group given 200 mg/ml of the mixture of Pistacia chinensis Bunge extract and gingerol(1∶1). Each mouse was given 0.5 ml each time for ten consecutive days. Then, the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. Results Compared with the control, Pistacia chinensis Bunge extract and its mixture with gingerol could inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma, H22 hepatic tumor and EAC tumor in mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Pistacia chinensis Bunge extract can inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma, H22 hepatic tumor and EAC tumor, providing a new pathway for tumor treatment.
