【摘要】 目的 建立脐血单个核细胞与K562细胞共培养体系，探讨脐血单个核细胞对K562细胞增殖的影响。方法 将脐血单个核细胞和对数生长期的K562细胞采用Transwell小室共培养，以单独培养的K562细胞为对照，于培养后的第1、3、5、7天分别选择6孔细胞进行计数比较。结果 培养后第3、5、7天，共培养组K562细胞较单独培养的K562细胞明显增加，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着培养时间的延长，组间差异增大。结论 脐血单个核细胞可以促进K562细胞的增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells on the proliferation of K562 cells using a co-culture system of both cells. Methods The separated umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells and K562 cells at the logarithmic phase were co-cultured in Transwell chambers, while individually cultured K562 cells were taken as the control. Then, the number of K562 cells within six wells was counted on Days 1, 3, 5, and 7 days of cultivation. Results According to the cell growth curve, the number of K562 cells in the co-cultured group was much higher than that in the control group on Days 3, 5 and 7 of cultivation(P<0.05). The inter-group difference was increased as the extension of incubation time. Conclusion Umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells can stimulate the proliferation of K562 cells.更多还原
