【摘要】 目的探讨持续呼吸道机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的护理干预方法和效果。方法回顾性分析本院2011年1月—2014年12月44例行持续呼吸道机械通气治疗并给予护理干预的呼吸衰竭患儿为干预组,与2009年1月—2011年12月46例行持续呼吸道机械通气治疗的对照组呼吸衰竭患儿进行对比分析,比较2组肺通气氧合功能、临床效果及并发症情况。结果与治疗前相比,2组患儿治疗后各时间点所有指标均有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但干预组变化更显著;治疗后各时间点的各指标组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组临床总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对行持续呼吸道机械通气治疗的呼吸衰竭新生儿疗效具有显著改善作用,对临床护理具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effect of continuous respiratory mechanical ventilation therapy for neonatal respiratory failure. Methods A total of 44 respiratory failure newborns with respiratory mechanical ventilation in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were in intervention group given nursing intervention and 46 children with respiratory failure respiratory mechanical ventilation treatment from January 2009 to December 2011 were in the control group giving continuous respiratory mechanical ventilation therapy. The oxygenation pulmonary ventilation function,clinical results and complications were compared. Results Compared with treatment before,all indexes in two groups at different time points after treatment were improved,and the difference were statistically significant and the treatment group changed more( P < 0. 05). The differences in all index of each time point after treatment between two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The clinical total effective rate in intervention group was higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The nursing intervention for continuous respiratory mechanical ventilation treatment of respiratory failure newborns could significantly improve curative effect,which has a certain guiding significance for clinical nursing.更多还原
