【摘要】 目的探讨不同的引流方式对髋关节置换手术后引流量、并发症以及功能恢复的影响。方法将109例髋关节置换术后患者随机分为2组,分别进行持续负压器吸引和持续无负压引流,比较2组患者术后引流量、住院时间、拔管时间及Harris评分。结果 2组患者术前比较,血红蛋白量以及红细胞比积测定均无统计学差异(P>0.05);持续负压器吸引与持续无负压引流吸引在术后1 h,2 h,4 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h引流量均无统计学差异(P>0.05);2组患者术后住院时间和Harris评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。持续负压器吸引组患者的拔管时间明显长于无负压引流组(P<0.05);持续负压器吸引组发生了4例并发症,持续无负压引流组发生1例并发症。结论持续无负压引流较持续负压器吸引不影响术后引流量,也不影响术后伤口恢复以及髋关节的功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of drainage methods on fluid volume,complications and functional recovery in patients with hip arthroplasty. Methods A total of 109 patients after hip arthroplasty were enrolled into this study. They were divided into two groups,which carried out continuous negative pressure drainage and continuous non- negative pressure drainage respectively.The clinical fluid volume,hospitalization days,duration of removing tubes and Harris Scores were compared. Results There were no significant difference between the two groups on hemoglobin and HCT before operation( P > 0. 05). And there were no significant difference on fluid volume in 1 h,2h,4 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h after operation( P > 0. 05),and there was no significant difference in hospitalization days and Harris Scores( P > 0. 05). The duration of removing tubes in continuous negative pressure drainage group was longer than that in other group( P <0. 05). Four patients developed complications in continuous negative pressure drainage group,while only one patient developed complications in continuous non- negative pressure drainage group. Conclusion Conclusion The continuous non- negative pressure drainage did not affect fluid volume,wound recovery and functional recovery of hip.更多还原
