【摘要】 目的探讨手术室护理管理与医院感染水平控制的相关性。方法回顾性分析外科手术治疗发生院感的300例患者的临床资料,根据管理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各150例,观察组严格实行手术室护理管理,对照组进行普通护理,对影响患者术后医院感染的可能因素进行分析。结果单因素分析结果显示,切口类型、接台手术、手术时间、侵入性操作、术前使用抗生素、参观人员是手术室术后患者医院感染的主要影响因素;多因素分析显示手术切口、手术时间、预防性抗生素使用、接台手术是手术室患者术后医院感染的主要影响因素。结论在手术室护理工作中,通过严格的手术室护理管理,可降低医院感染的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between nursing management and nosocomial infection control in operation room.Methods The clinical material of 300 nosocomial infection patients was retrospective analyzed.According to different method of nursing management,they were divided into observation group and control group with 150 cases in each group.The observation group strictly implemented nursing management in operation room and the control group conducted ordinary management,possible influencing factors of postoperative nosocomial infection were analyzed.Results Single factor analysis showed incision type,table operation,operation time,invasive operation,preoperative use of antibiotics,visitors were the main factors of nosocomial infection in operation room after operation.Operation incision,operation time,preventive use of antibiotics,and the following operation were the main influencing factors of nosocomial infection in operation room.Conclusion During nursing work in the operation room,strict nursing management can reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection.更多还原
