【摘要】 目的探讨早期床旁吞咽功能筛查及康复护理对帕金森病患者吞咽功能障碍的影响。方法选取30例帕金森病患者使用GUSS吞咽筛查量表评分,患者入院后即接受吞咽评估,根据筛查结果给予相应的进食管理和康复训练。结果入院时30例患者GUSS评分结果:0~9分3例;10~14分10例;15~19分13例;20分4例。1个月后复评结果:0~9分1例;10~14分6例;15~19分17例;20分6例。全组未发生吸入性肺炎。结论对帕金森病患者早期进行床旁吞咽功能筛查,根据筛查结果给予相应的进食管理和康复训练,可有效改善帕金森病患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of bedside swallowing function screening and early rehabilitation nursing on Parkinson’s disease. Methods The scores of 30 Parkinson’ s disease patients with swallowing function were recorded by Gugging Swallowing Screen( GUSS) screening scale. The patients were given corresponding feeding management and rehabilitation training according to their screening results. Results The GUSS scores of 30 patients when admitted were 0 ~ 9 points in 3 cases,10 ~ 14 points in 10 cases,15 ~ 19 points in 13 cases and 20 points in 4 cases. After one month treatment,reassessing results of swallowing function were 0 ~ 9 points in 1 case,10 ~14 points in 6 cases,15 ~ 19 points in 17 cases and 20 points in 6 cases. There were no patients with aspiration pneumonia. Conclusion Early swallowing function screening and rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the outcomes of patients with Parkinson’s disease.更多还原
