RNA干扰在心血管疾病研究中的现状和展望
RNA interference in cardiovascular diseases: an overview and future directions
【摘要】 RNA干扰可特异性使目的基因沉默,具有高效、特异和低毒的特点,正逐渐成为研究心血管疾病发病机制和防治措施的重要工具。本文就RAN干扰的研究简史、作用机制、在心血管疾病细胞水平和整体动物水平的研究、RNA干扰的局限性及改善策略和在心血管疾病研究中的展望作一综述,为心血管疾病的防治提供新思路。
【Abstract】 RNA interference( RNAi) could silence target genes and it was high efficiency, specificity and low toxicity. RNAi had become a powerful tool in the study of mechanism, control and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. This review introduced research history and mechanism of RNAi, the recent progress on RNAi in cardiovascular diseases in vitro and in vivo, as well as the limitations, improvement strategy and future directions of RNAi, so as to find new methods for cardiovascular diseases treatment.
