【摘要】 乳腺癌易感基因BRCA是与乳腺癌相关的重要抑癌基因,其生物功能广泛,对细胞周期、基因转录、DNA修复等功能均有影响。BRCA基因相关乳腺癌由于其恶性程度较高且多为遗传性疾病而引起人们重视。目前针对该类疾病的临床治疗药物种类较多,包括传统的癌症治疗药物烷化剂、铂类药物、紫杉醇类药物等。近年来药物联用及分子靶向治疗的发展也为此类癌症患者带来希望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The breast cancer susceptibility gene(BRCA) is an important anti-oncogene related to breast cancer.The biological function of BRCA are extensive,which can influence the cell cycle,gene transcription and expression,DNA damage and reparation.BRCA mutation-associated breast cancer with highly malignant degree and hereditary which has attracted much attention.Currently there are many sorts of drugs were used to treat these diseases,including traditional cancer drugs-alkylating agents,platinum-based drugs,taxol drugs,etc.In recent years,drug combination and the development of molecular targeted therapy also have brought hope for these patients.更多还原
