【摘要】 目的探讨输卵管积脓的CT表现特点。方法选取我院经手术病理证实的输卵管积脓患者24例,回顾性分析其CT及临床资料,总结CT表现特征。结果本组24例患者中,附件呈囊性包块21例,囊实性3例;形态上管状4例,多房囊状6例,囊管状14例;增强扫描囊管壁及实性成份明显强化,囊管内见强化不全分隔,病变周围模糊,可见炎性渗出、粘连及盆腔积液等征象,极少数见肝周围炎及降主动脉旁淋巴结肿大。结论输卵管积脓在CT上有一定特征,需要和盆腔其他病变鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the CT imaging characteristics of pyosalpinx.Methods 24 patients with pyosalpinx confirmed by surgery pathology were enrolled in this work.CT and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the CT imaging features were summarized.Results Of those 24 cases,21presented with adnexal cystic mass,3with cystic and solid mass,4with cases were morphologically tubular,6with multilocular cystic mass,14 with sac tubular mass.Enhanced scanning showed that cystic wall and solid composition were obviously strengthened and the strengthening inside the sac tubular mass was not complete separation and spiculate protuberance.The tissue around lesions was fuzzy and the signs of inflammatory exudation,adhesion and fluid accumulation in pelvic cavity were visible.Fitz-Hugh-Curtis Syndrome and lymph node enlargement next to the descending aorta can be seen in very few cases.Conclusion The pyosalpinx has certain characteristics on CT and needs to be distinguished from other pelvic lesions.更多还原
