【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预在食管癌患者食管支架植入术中的应用价值。方法将177例晚期食管癌患者随机分为特殊护理组(n=89)和常规护理组(n=88),评价两组之间术中及术后并发症的发生率及护理满意度。结果特殊护理组患者术中及术后并发症的发生率明显低于正常护理组(P=0.03)。特殊护理组患者满意度得分高于正常护理组(P<0.05)。结论对接受食管支架植入术的食管癌患者给予积极、完善的护理干预,有助于减少术中及术后并发症的发生,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions in implantation of esophageal stent in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 177 cases of advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into special nursing group(n=89)and the usual care group(n=88),the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were evaluated between the two groups.Results The incidence of perioperative complications in the special nursing group was significantly lower than that of the usual care group(P =0.03).Patients’ satisfaction in special nursing group scored higher than the usual care group(P <0.05).Conclusion The incidence of perioperative complications of stent implantation would be reduced by positive and effiective nursing interventions and the patients’ satisfaction was improved.更多还原
