【摘要】 目的:通过营养教育改善艾滋病患者的饮食行为,提高其饮食依从性,必要时进行营养支持治疗。方法:选取24例住院艾滋病患者随机分为对照组(常规进行营养宣教)和观察组(制定营养教育计划、强化营养支持),通过调查式问卷、体格检查以及实验室检查,追踪观察两组患者的饮食营养知识知晓率及重视程度,比较两组患者的饮食依从性、营养体检及评价指标,调查期为6个月。结果:观察组的饮食习惯比较科学、健康,对于综合营养体检,观察组的营养状况优于对照组。结论:营养教育和支持能够明显改善艾滋病患者的营养状况和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Objective to improve the dietary behavior of AIDS patients and their dietary compliance through nutrition education,even nutrition support treatment when necessary. Methods: 24 hospitalized AIDS patients were randomly assigned to the control group( carried out conventional nutrition education) and the observation group( developed nutrition education programs,strengthened nutrition support). To observe the knowledge rate and attention to the dietary nutrition knowledge. To compared the two groups of patients by the dietary compliance,nutrition examination and evaluating indicator through questionnaires,physical examinations and laboratory experimentations. Investigation time was 6 months. Result: Compared with the control group,the diet habits of the observation group were more healthy and scientific. The nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group in comprehensive nutrition examination. Conclusion: Nutrition education and support can significantly help AIDS patients to improve the nutritional status and quality of life.更多还原
