【摘要】 目的掌握成都市金牛区艾滋病即获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)的流行现状,采取措施有效控制疫情扩散。方法采用Excel 2010软件和SPSS20.0统计软件分析2014年该区人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)/AIDS病例三间(时间、地区、人群)分布、传播途径、样本来源和流动情况。结果 2014年金牛区新发现和现存活HIV/AIDS病例以20~<50岁男性青壮年为主,职业分布以家政、家务及待业人员为主,感染途径以性接触传播为主,样本主要来源于医院检测。2014年新发现HIV/AIDS病例266例,男女比例为8.85∶1,比去年同期增长9.02%,其中AIDS患者88例(33.08%)。2014年现存活HIV/AIDS病例1 131例,男女比例为7.83∶1,以城区病例为主,其中AIDS患者450例(39.79%);经性接触传播占92.04%(1 041/1 131),其中异性传播占46.51%(526/1 131),同性传播占45.53%(515/1 131)。结论金牛区报告病例增长速度趋于平缓,性接触为主要传播途径,以男性青壮年人群为主,男男性传播比例明显增加,医疗机构已成为主要发现窗口,AIDS由高危人群向一般人群扩散。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemic situation of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) in Jinniu district and to take the measures to effectively control the spread of the epidemic situation. Methods The Excel 2010 software and SPSS20.0 statistical software were adopted to analyze the three-dimension(time,area and group) distribution,transmission route,sample source and mobility situation of HIV/AIDS in Jinniu district during 2014. Results The reported and survival patient with HIV/AIDS were mainly young men aged 20-<50 years old,the occupation distribution were mainly housekeeping,housework and job-waiting people,the transmission route was mainly through sexual transmission,the samples were mainly de rived from hospital detection. 266 cases of HIV/AIDS were newly found in 2014,among them 88 cases(33.08%) were AIDS,the male to female ratio was 8.85 ∶1,which was in creased by 9.02% compared with the same period last year. 1 131 cases of HIV/AIDS were survival in 2014,450 cases of them(39.79%) were AIDS,the male to female ratio was 7.83∶1,most of them lived in the urban area. 92.04%(1 041/1 131) of patients were infected by sexual transmission,in which the heterosexual sexual transmission accounted for 46.51%(526/1 131) and male same-sex sexual transmission accounted for 45.53%(515/1 131). Conclusion The growth rate of reported cases in Jinniu district trends to flat,the sexual contact is a main transmission route,the male young adults are predominant,the proportion of male same-sex sexual transmission is significantly increased in recent years. The medical institutions have become the main discovery window. AIDS is spread from the high risk groups to general population.更多还原
