【摘要】 目的比较阿替卡因与碳酸利多卡因在根管残余活牙髓治疗中的麻醉效果。方法选择2011年12月至2013年12月在该院治疗牙体牙髓病及根尖周病患者196例(共249颗牙髓失活不全或有残髓的牙),将其随机分为A、B两组,各98例,分别用阿替卡(A组)及碳酸利多卡因(B组)进行根管内牙髓麻醉,记录患者麻醉前、麻醉中的血压和心率情况;并且用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价麻醉术中的疼痛程度。结果两组患者血压、心率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组麻醉有效率[94.21%(114/121)]高于B组[85.94%(110/128)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分比较,A组疼痛评分为(1.80±2.34)分,B组(2.77±2.95)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿替卡因与碳酸利多卡因在操作中疼痛评分有差异,阿替卡因与碳酸利多卡因根管内注射可获得较好的麻醉效果,且前者优于后者,根管内注射的方法可有效降低患者的牙科焦虑症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare anesthesia effect of residual pulp between articaine and lidocaine carbonate. Methods A total of 196 patients curing endodontic and periapical disease from December 2011 to December 2013 of this hosiptal were randomly assigned in group A and group B,98 patients per group. Group A was injected with articaine and group B with lidocaine carbonate. Blood pressure and heart rate were recorded at pre-anesthesia,the moment of anesthesia,The patients pain degree at anesthesia time and during the operation was valuated by VAS. Results Blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were compared and showed no statistically significant difference between them(P>0.05). The effective rate of group A was while group B[94.21%(114/121) vs 85.94%(110/128)],which had statistically significant difference(P <0.05). The VAS scores of group A while group B[(1.80±2.34) vs(2.77±2.95)],which had statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion There is difference in VAS scores between articaine and lidocaine carbonate,both of which could get good anesthetic efficacy. Futhermore,the former is supervior than the latter. The injection of root canal is benefitial for decreasing the dental fear of the patients.更多还原
