【Abstract】 The construction of ecological civilization is the important component of the overall development layout about the contemporary Chinese " five in one",which was put forward in the report of the 18 th National People’s Congress. The construction of ecological civilization is related to the construction about beautiful China and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Building cognition and positioning from two dimensions of ecological civilization.
