基于层状二硫化钼-石墨烯构建新型17β-雌二醇电化学生物传感器
A Novel Electrochemical Bioensor for 17β-estradiol Based on MoS2-Graphene Nanocomposite
【摘要】 合成了层状二硫化钼-石墨烯纳米复合材料.通过将适配体固定在金纳米和二硫化钼-石墨烯共同修饰的电极上构建了一种新型的环境激素17β-雌二醇电化学生物传感器.采用循环伏安、微分脉冲伏安、电化学阻抗等技术对传感器的构筑过程进行表征.对17β-雌二醇与适配体特异性结合的时间及温度进行了优化.结果表明,峰电流与17β-雌二醇浓度在1.0×10-11~1.0×10-8 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系.计算得到的检出限为5.0×10-12 mol/L(空白的三倍标准偏差).该生物传感器具有良好的选择性和稳定性.
【Abstract】 MoS2-graphene nanocomposite was prepared.A novel electrochemical biosensor was constructed by immobilizing of aptamer on the electrode that was modified with Au nanoparticles and MoS2-graphene.The electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode was tested by cyclic voltammograms,differential pulse voltammetric and electrochemical impedance.The reaction time and temperature between 17β-estradiol and aptamer were optimized.The experimental results showed that the proposed assay exhibited a good linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of 17β-estradiol in the range of 1.0×10-11~1.0×10-8 mol/L with the detection limit of 5.0×10-12 mol/L.The biosensor had good selectivity and stability.
