【摘要】 目的探讨异位甲状腺癌的临床特点及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析本院2例异位甲状腺癌的临床资料,并进行国内外文献复习。结果异位甲状腺癌无特征性临床表现,容易误诊误治。术前诊断比较困难,大部分病例为术后病理明确。治疗以手术切除为主要治疗方式,术后辅助治疗不够统一规范。结论异位甲状腺癌属于少见的恶性肿瘤,目前总病例数较少,国内外对异位甲状腺癌的治疗仍无统一的标准方案,对肿瘤的生物学行为和治疗的探讨,有待大宗病例的积累。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and the diagnosis and treatment methods of ectopic thyroid carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of two cases of ectopic thyroid carcinoma in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed and the literature at home and abroad were reviewed. Result Ectopic thyroid cancer had no characteristic clinical manifestations and easily misdiagnosed.It is difficult to diagnosis the disese before the operation.Most of the patients were pathologically defined.,and adjuvant therapy is not standardized postoperative. Conclusion Ectopic thyroid cancer is rare malignant tumor. The mumber of cases is small.Domestic and foreign treatment of ectopic thyroid cancer is still no unified standard solution. To explore the biological behavior and treatment of this tumor, accumulation of cases is needed.更多还原
