【摘要】 目的探讨FOCUS超声刀在巨大结节性甲状腺肿手术中应用的价值。方法回顾性分析2009年1月~2014年09月在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科行手术治疗的59例巨大结节性甲状腺肿患者的临床资料,将29例使用FOCUS超声刀完成手术者归为超声刀组,30例利用传统手术方法者归为传统组。分别比较两组完成手术的时间、术中总出血量、术后24H引流量、术后住院时间以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果超声刀组与传统组的患者在性别、年龄构成以及包块最大直径方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超声刀组手术时间、术中出血量、术后24H引流量、术后住院时间均少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后并发症两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用FOCUS超声刀行巨大结节性甲状腺肿手术,具有创伤小、术中出血量少、缩短手术时间、术后渗出少及痊愈快的优势,是一种安全、有效的手术方法,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the practical value of FOCUS Ultrasound Scalpel in enormous goiters surgery. Methods The clinical data of 59 patients with enormous goiters receiving thyroid surgery in otolaryngology in our hospital from January 2009 to September 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Twenty-nine patients were treated with FOCUS Ultrasound Scalpel divided into US group, and thirty patients were treated with traditional method divided into traditional group. Results There was no significant difference between the US group and traditional group in such aspects as gender, age, and tumor size(P>0.05). The operation time,intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume(24 hours) and the length of stay after surgery decreased in US group compared to traditional group(P<0.05). But the surgical complications showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Use of the FOCUS Ultrasound Scalpel can decrease amount of bleeding, operation time and postoperative drainage volume in enormous goiters surgery. Mastering the techniques of FOCUS, surgery can be more effectively and safety.更多还原
