基于星点设计法的阿里红总三萜酸提取研究

【摘要】 目的优化提取阿里红总三萜酸工艺参数。方法以提取时间、溶剂用量、溶剂体积分数为自变量,以阿里红总三萜酸得率为评价指标,对自变量各水平进行多元线性回归及二项式拟合,采用SAS Deployment Manager 9.3数据处理系统对工艺参数进行预测分析和优化。结果最优提取工艺确定为:提取2次,加13倍量91%乙醇,每次提取145 min。结论星点设计法优化阿里红总三萜酸的提取工艺,方法简便,精密度高,可预测性较优。

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the technological parameter for the extraction of total tritepenoidic acid from Fomes Officinalis Ames. Methods Extraction time, solvent quantity and solvent concentration were set as the independent variables;the extract yield of total tritepenoidic acid from Fomes Officinalis Ames was set as dependent variable;multiple linear regression and binomial of each level of independent variables were fitted; technological parameters were optimized and analyzed by SAS Deployment Manager 9.3 data processing system. Results The optimum extraction conditions consisted of extraction two times, 145 min for each time with thirteen fold of 91% ethanol. Conclusion Central composite design can optimize the extraction of total tritepenoidic acid from Fomes Officinalis Ames, which is simple and with high precision and high predictability.
