高压共轨系统水击压力波动干涉型Q管滤波器
Q Interferometric Filter for the Water Hammer Pressure Wave in High Pressure Common Rail System
【摘要】 柴油机高压共轨系统多次喷射中,喷油器工作引起的水击压力波动直接影响到多次喷射理想喷油规律的实现。为降低高压共轨系统水击压力波动的不良影响,利用流体传输管道动力学的基本理论和方法,依据高压共轨系统结构特点,设计了结构简单且容积小的干涉型Q管滤波器。实验结果表明:干涉型Q管滤波器对共轨系统水击压力波动和油量波动有明显的消振和滤波作用。水击压力波动最大衰减率高达11.6,最大油量波动率降低27%。
【Abstract】 The water hammer pressure wave taking place in the high pressure common rail system,which arises as a consequence of injector opening and closing and propagates inside the system,hinders the achievement of the required accuracy and repeatability in the amount of fuel injected at each pulse when the dwell time varies. Based on the basic principles of fluid dynamics in transmission pipelines,Q interferometric filter for high pressure common rail system is developed. Results show that Q interferometric filter has a certain filtering effect in multi-injection. The water hammer pressure wave amplitude is significantly attenuated and maximum rate of at tenuance is 11.6. Fluctuations of injected fuel are significantly reduced and maximum fluctuation rate is reduced by 27%.
