加气混凝土砌块墙体配套砂浆研究
Research on supporting mortar for aerated concrete block wall
【摘要】 加气混凝土砌块强度高、保温隔热性好、质量轻、可加工性强、生产能耗低,能同时满足墙材革新和节能要求。但由于加气混凝土的多孔特性使得传统砂浆用于砌筑和抹灰时容易产生开裂、空鼓甚至脱落等问题,这严重阻碍了加气混凝土的广泛应用。针对这些问题,在对复合外加剂的各个组分(塑化剂、可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、聚丙烯纤维等)对砂浆主要力学性能和工作性能(强度、保水性、收缩性等)的影响实验对比后,确定了加气混凝土配套砌筑砂浆、界面砂浆和抹灰砂浆的配比,并与普通砂浆进行了性能对比,效果显著。
【Abstract】 The aerated concrete blocks have a system merit such as strength,lightweight,heat-insulating,workability and low energy consumption. So it can meet the demand of wall innovation and energy saving at the same time. However because of the porous properties of aerated concrete,traditional masonry and plastering mortar used to make it easy to crack or peel off,which severely affect its wide application. To solve these problems,after comparison tests of the effect of each component of the composite admixture(plasticizing agent,redispersible latex powder,cellulose ethers,polypropylene fiber,etc.) on the main mechanical properties and working performance of mortar(strength,water retention,shrinkage,etc.),the paper determined the mix of special mortar(masonry mortar,interface mortar and plastering mortar) for aerated concrete,and compared with ordinary cement mortar,the effect is remarkable.
