外加剂对超轻质泡沫混凝土性能的影响
Influences of additives on properties of super-light foam concrete
【摘要】 以水泥和双氧水为基本原料,研究不同掺量稳定剂、稳泡剂、减水剂和催化剂对泡沫混凝土干密度、抗压强度、吸水率的影响。结果表明,稳定剂、稳泡剂、减水剂、催化剂的最佳掺量分别为水泥质量的0.6%、1.1%、1.1%、0.9%时,按最低掺量制备的泡沫混凝土的干密度为271.3 kg/m3、抗压强度为0.73 MPa。
【Abstract】 With cement and hydrogen peroxide as chief raw materials,influences of stabilizing agent,foam stabilizer,water reducer and catalyst on properties of formed concrete including dry density,compressive strength and water absorption have been studied. The results show that the optimum contents of stabilizing agent,steady bubble agent,water reducer, catalyst are 0.6%,1.1%,1.1%,0.9% respectively. The foamed concrete has good performance of light weight, heat insulation,fire prevention with271.3 kg/m3 dry density and 0.73 MPa compressive strength.
