Willis动脉环后循环的三维重建解剖学研究
Reconstruction anatomy research of variation of posterior portion in artery circle of Willis
【摘要】 目的 利用人脑动脉的三维重建图像对Willis动脉环后循环的解剖学结构进行研究,为介入治疗提供相关解剖学资料。方法 对84例就诊于吉林大学第一医院患者的脑动脉MRA图像进行处理,并对后循环系统的相关参数进行测量研究。结果 研究并测量了大脑后动脉的起源变异及管径变换,测量了基底动脉的相关解剖学数值。结论 Willis动脉环在MRA及三维重建中的显像完整比例要远低于显微解剖学结果,介入治疗过程中应注意避免损伤不显影的后交通动脉。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the anatomy structure of posterior portion of Willis arteries by using 3D reconstruction image of the brain artery,and provide anatomy data for interventional therapy.Methods The cerebral artery MRA images of 84 patients in the first hospital of Jilin university were analyzed and the parameters of posterior portion were measured.Results The origin of the posterior cerebral artery variation and the pipe diameter change,and the relevant anatomy of basilar artery were measured.Conclusion Complete Willis circle rate is far below than microsurgical anatomy’s results,during the process of interventional therapy,we should pay attention to the disappeared posterior communicating artery.
