含壳聚糖一次性桡动脉压迫止血器临床使用观察
Clinical application of Anscare chitoclot radial artery compression device undergoing transradial catheterization
【摘要】 目的 探讨含壳聚糖一次性桡动脉压迫止血器在经桡动脉途径冠状动脉介入诊治术后止血、预防穿刺血管并发症方面的临床应用效果。方法 选取2013年3月至2014年10月本院行经桡动脉冠状动脉介入诊治的患者1760例,按照术后止血方法分为壳聚糖组880例和对照组880例,观察住院期间术后桡动脉血管并发症、桡动脉压迫止血时间和患者舒适度。结果 壳聚糖组患者术后血管并发症总发生率低于对照组(6.0%比19.1%,P<0.01),压迫止血时间较对照组短[(245.8±36.7)min比(502.6±124.6)min,P<0.01],术后患者舒适度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 应用含壳聚糖一次性桡动脉压迫止血器有助于减少术后血管并发症的发生,可显著缩短止血时间,提高患者舒适度。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical application of anscare chitoclot radial artery compression device undergoing transradial catheterization.Methods From March 2013 to Octber 2014 in Kunming city hospital,a total of 1760 patients undergoing transradial catheterization were conducted.The patients were divided into two groups,control group(n=880) used Bandage pressing,Anscare chitoclot group(n=880) used anscare chitoclot radial artery compression device.The vascular related compliance,discomfort,oppression time were observed.Results Anscare chitoclot group was significantly lower in vascular related compliance than contral group(6.0%vs19.1%,P<0.01),Anscare chitoclot group was significantly shorter than contral group in compression time[(245.8±36.7)min vs(502.6±124.6)min,P<0.01]and higher comfort of feeling(P,<0.01).Conclusion Clinical application of Anscare chitoclot radial artery compression device undergoing transradial catheterization can reduced vascular related compliance and a shorter compression time,it also can improve patients degree of to hemostasis and reduce the complications.
