圆柱圆锥复合型变幅杆的有限元分析
Finite element analysis of cylinder and cone composite ultrasonic horn
【摘要】 超声变幅杆广泛地应用于超细粉碎技术中,结合超声变幅杆的设计理论,设计了一种用于超细粉碎的圆柱圆锥复合型变幅杆(简称复合型变幅杆),并计算它的动力学参数。在此基础上,利用有限元软件ANSYS对复合型变幅杆进行模态分析以及谐响应分析,由所得到的复合型变幅杆的纵向位移分布曲线可以得到其纵向位移节点的位置和放大系数,根据复合型变幅杆应力分布曲线得到应力集中的位置,并与理论计算值进行分析对比。验证了有限元软件ANSYS设计复合型变幅杆的精确性和可行性,为复合型变幅杆的设计与优化提供一种更为便捷和有效的方法。
【Abstract】 Ultrasonic horn is widely used in application of superfine comminution,combined with the theory of ultrasonic horn,a cylinder and cone composite ultrasonic horn used in superfine comminution is designed,calculate its kinetic parameters. Based on it,The horn of the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis is analyzed using the finite element software ANSYS. According to the longitudinal displacement distribution curve,get the displacement node length and magnification coefficient according to the longitudinal displacement distribution curve,get the horn stress concentration position according to the distribution curve of stress. Through the comparison and analysis from numerical of theoretical calculated,To illustrate the feasibility and accuracy of using ANSYS software,for design and optimization of the horn with a more convenient and effective method. It provides a more convenient and effective method for design and optimization of the horn.
