【摘要】 利用中小企业板2045家民营上市公司2007~2012年的数据,在建立指标体系的基础上,研究民营资本高管政治关系与企业社会责任绩效的关系。结果表明:高管政治关系与社会责任绩效具有正相关关系,代表委员类政治关系较政府官员类与社会责任绩效有更强的正相关关系,中央级政治关系比地方级与社会责任绩效有更强的正相关关系;最后提出民营资本高管团队政治关系有效促进履行企业社会责任的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper researches the relationship of top management team( TMT) ’s political connection of private capital and corporate social responsibility performance by establishing index systems and using the data of 2045 listed companies in SME Board between the year 2007 to 2012. The results show that there is positive correlation between the TMT’s political connection and social responsibility performance,political connection of representatives committee has a stronger positive correlation with social responsibility performance than political connection of government official,and political connection of central government has a stronger positive correlation with social responsibility performance than political connection of local government. Finally,some strategic suggestions are provided for TMT’s political connection to improve the corporate social responsibility performance effectively.更多还原
